This Act places limitations on public accounting firms, preventing them from providing specific non-audit services, like legal services, to their audit clients. The objective is to reduce conflicts of interest and maintain high independence standards.
As a smaller non-audit company, our specialized knowledge allows us to analyze and provide valuable perspectives on this sector and other business-related functions.

Our founder went to a top-ranked accounting school and noticed the gap in the market that our team can fill. We aspire to create a community that not only helps businesses but reaches individuals in markets that are not readily available. We have information regarding real estate, accounting & tax, banking, finance, law, the economy, and more. For our coaching, we want to provide guidance to those who are in need of college information and more.
